The Princess and the Mercenary

Princess Elira was no ordinary royal—bold, fierce, and forbidden to love a commoner. But when the kingdom hired Rei, a rogue mercenary with a dark past and a dangerous charm, everything changed.

He arrived covered in battle scars, swords strapped to his back, his eyes cold—until he met hers.

Their chemistry was instant, forbidden, and uncontrollable.

One stormy night, lightning illuminating the castle halls, Elira slipped into the training room. Rei stood alone, shirtless, practicing his swordwork. His muscles rippled with every move.

“You train late,” she whispered.

He turned. “You watch late.”

Without a word, she stepped into his space, heart pounding. He dropped the sword. Their lips collided with fire—her royal silk crushed in his grip, his calloused hands roaming her body. She gasped as he lifted her onto the bench, spreading her thighs with powerful hands, pressing deep kisses down her neck.

“Tell me to stop,” he growled.

She arched under him, dress already half off. “Never.”

He entered her slowly, then deeper, their moans echoing through marble walls. His rhythm was rough, then tender, their passion unstoppable. Her nails dug into his back, her cries growing louder as she surrendered to the forbidden thrill. He whispered her name like a vow, pulsing inside her as thunder crashed.

Later, as they lay tangled in the flickering torchlight, she said breathlessly, “You’re mine now.”

He kissed her bare shoulder. “I always was.”
